Position Description:
DEFINITION 6, a Bridgenext company, offers a comprehensive suite of digital consulting, product engineering, marketing, technology, and creative services—all designed to produce measurable results.
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to assist our powerhouse PR Services Team. In this role, you will assist the PR Services team to help execute integrated media campaigns and ensure the successful management of client deliverables.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting Account Directors with the day-to-day management of their accounts
Salesforce and Workbook database management
Calendar management including coordinating internal and external meetings and any assets associated
Interfacing with clients including contracting, project coordination, invoicing and other ad hoc requests
Creating, updating, and customizing client-facing sales materials such as proposals and presentations
Coordination with all internal departments to ensure quality and on time delivery of products

Review and distribution of project deliverables that may include written materials, video materials, social media posts, etc.
Workplace: Hybrid, New York City
Must Have Skills:
Experience in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Client Services or related field
Working knowledge of the broadcast communications and media landscape
Exceptional time/project management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients/projects with shifting priorities
Preferred Skills:
Workbook, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite
Experience as an account coordinator with knowledge of digital and/or PR Services
Professional Skills:
Ability to work under pressure without compromising performance or accuracy in a deadline-oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivator, takes initiative to resolve situations and improve processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $55k-$60k annually
