Well-established Long Beach law firm seeking candidates for a full-time case intake/evaluator position. Candidates must be reliable and dedicated to long-term employment. Must have excellent customer service skills, be an excellent communicator/listener, and be a strong multi-tasker. Position involves speaking with potential clients via phone, gathering information and documents from potential clients, and scheduling appointments with attorneys, etc. Salary is commensurate with previous experience and there is discretionary bonuses.
Customer service and sales representative (non retail) experience required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
