We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with AWS sellers within assigned territory to generate pipeline and enhance collaboration. Leverage their networks and resources to drive pipeline growth and achieve mutual success.
Technical Understanding and Solution Alignment: Coordinate and run introductory calls with potential customers and assess their needs, leveraging a deep understanding of the company's capabilities from a technical perspective. Based on this understanding, effectively guide customers towards the appropriate solutions architect or technical expert to address their specific requirements. Additionally, be able to articulate the company's technical capabilities and expertise to provide customers with confidence in engaging our services.
Partner Network Management: Work with Management to identify potential partnership opportunities to help accelerate revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive realized revenue.
Customer Ownership: Own the overall relationship with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. Cultivate trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth and customer retention.
Pipeline Development: Work closely with AWS sellers and internal stakeholders to identify and qualify opportunities, driving them through the sales process. Prioritize opportunities that align with strategic objectives and drive revenue growth.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer success. Identify key objectives, prioritize initiatives, and align resources to drive revenue growth and deliver value to customers.
Marketing Events: Coordinate participation in marketing events such as webinars and conferences to generate leads and expand the company's reach.
Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to ISRs, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and priorities.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
● AWS Cloud Practitioner or other Cloud-based certifications are a plus.
● Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in cloud computing, IT services, or technology solutions.
● Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to build rapport and establish trust with C-level executives and decision-makers.
● Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
● Experience using CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Strong familiarity with AWS solutions and cloud computing technology.
● Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation/Benefits:
● The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position.
● Base Salary of $95k – $105k plus Commission (Total on-target earnings for this position is between $300k - $360k)
