Champ's is a rapidly growing dog boarding, daycare, training, and grooming facility looking for an experienced client and canine care professional. Ideal candidates will have experience working with both customers and canines.

Front Desk/Customer Service responsibilities include:
- Being the face to our customers
- Answering phones, following up with customers, answer questions
- Greeting customers as they come in to drop off and pick up their pets.
- Check dogs in and out of the system
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking payments and selling passes and memberships
- Giving tours
- Preparing documents for current and new customers
- Safely handling pets
- Other tasks as assigned
Sales responsibilities include:
- Fully understand the daycare and boarding model
- Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our service
Requirements:
- Ability to learn computer systems to check-in/out dogs
- Extremely personable with the ability and desire to connect naturally with clients
- Great with time management
- Knows how to prioritize
- Ability to multi-task
- Can handle change professional
- Attention to detail
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
