We are looking for a highly flexible and resourceful individual to join our team as a part-time Office Assistant. In this role, you'll work directly with our President, tackling a variety of tasks crucial to our company's seamless operation.
What Will Your Role Entail?

Part-time (10-20 hours per week)

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President

Run miscellaneous errands as needed, including banking, purchasing supplies, delivering documents, etc.

Conduct online research on various topics as requested

Assist with administrative tasks and projects as they arise

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
