The Health Product Manager for Geek Squad is responsible for delivering value by meeting customer and user needs, driving business outcomes, and advancing Best Buy Health strategies. The Product Manager defines the product strategy, roadmap and quarterly priorities in partnership with internal and external teams. They are responsible for product management of Geek Squad services within our Care at Home business, with a specific focus on over the threshold (in-home) service offerings to healthcare systems. This role ensures Geek Squad services support our strategic goals in the healthcare space.
What you’ll do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Geek Squad services within Care at Home business
- Partner cross-functionally to align on prioritization and deliver customer and business value
- Keep customer needs at the forefront while driving key business outcomes and strategic goals
- Embrace new ways of working to advance initiatives across the product lifecycle
- Support durable teams to execute on product backlog and deliverables
Basic qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years relevant Product Management experience (Offering Management, Business Management, Strategy, Development, Design, etc)
- Minimum 1+ years relevant experience in strategy creation, health related solutioning, indirect team leadership
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Geek Squad services and/or in-home healthcare service delivery
- Project management experience
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Passion for fostering diverse and inclusive culture
