Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist in preparing documents and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with personal tasks for executives as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with tools like DocuSign for document management
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or clerk is a plus
