Who You Are:
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will be the primary point between the Impact and Legal and Compliance Teams and other departments at the organization. The HR Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all locations. This role administers leave of absence tracking and makes certain leaves are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations. This role also provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including candidate sourcing and recruiting, record-keeping, digital file maintenance and HRIS entry.

What You'll Do:
- Administer leave of absence process and tracking
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Assist with recruitment and interview process- from posting and upkeep of jobs, sourcing candidates, tracking status of candidates in the ATS and corresponding with candidates through the recruiting process.
- Assist with the onboarding or offboarding process as needed.
- Coordinate and execute administrative and organizational work, including working collaboratively with team members, departments, and affiliated companies or partners
- Schedule and attend meetings (onsite or virtually) to provide administrative support, such as preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed and clear meeting notes, and identifying action items
- Lead and/or track projects and tasks for the Impact and Legal & Compliance Teams, including creating necessary tasks based on feedback from leadership and information gathered from meetings and following up to ensure the team is making progress on or before the due date and check that all requests have been completed
- Ensure project folders and files are created, managed, and follow standard naming conventions
- Identify tools and best practices, developing and executing strategies and opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of office and departmental functions, including developing tools to improve processes and streamline operations
- Maintain and manage logistics and calendar for the Impact and Legal & Compliance Team; Function as liaison between all areas of the organization and the Impact and Legal & Compliance Teams
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the group lead and team lead, including managing general follow-up to ensure deadlines, commitments, and project goals are met
- Assist with preparing presentations and revising information before submitting for review and approval
- Work independently with limited supervision while being able to adapt to varying communication styles as needed
- Persistent follow up with team as needed to ensure tasks are completed
- Utilize our internal Project Management, Knowledge Management, and File Management processes to execute projects and tasks from inception to completion
- Assist with creating, implementing and maintaining training materials, best practices, and standard operating procedures for the team to ensure adherence to internal standards
- Remain highly flexible and adaptable, demonstrating ability to pivot quickly while keeping priorities in front of mind based on size, scope and timeline of projects
- Perform regular audits on projects and platforms to ensure deliverables are progressing, blockers are being routinely removed, procedures are being followed, and platforms are being maintained
- Collaborate on cross functional projects, special projects and additional duties as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years related experience required
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
- A proven track record of organizing project team to accomplish project goals and drive measurable results
- Superior attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Exemplary prioritization and organizational skills
- Stellar professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow through on deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Proficient in the Google Suite, applicant tracking systems and project management systems
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
