**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records of our organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions. **Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist in day to day opertations inclucing scheduling/dispatching technicians.
- Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, including processing payments and deposits.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries and financial statements.
- Utilize accounting software to ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and financial statements for both public and governmental accounting purposes.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial software.
- Experience with governmental accounting and public accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of debits and credits.
- Excellent 10-key typing skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Pay: $775.00 - $1,000.00 per week
