Engage, monitor and develop a team of direct reports

We are looking for the following candidate:
Experience in Management and Leadership
Understanding of Human Resource Field
Solid Understanding of coaching for performance
Ability to develop and build strong relationships
Understanding and belief in the inculision of all staff regardless of race, gener, sexuality, age, religion, ability, and experience
Requirements are:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Psychology or other related field
Experience in Organizational Behavior
Recommended professional certifications in SHRM-CP or PHR
