Qualifications:
- Nevada Registered Nurse (RN)
- B.S. degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- BLS Certification required.
- A minimum of five years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing, and at least two years in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
- Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background check.
Position Summary: The Nurse Unit Manager is tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the nursing staff under their supervision, which ranges from planning and evaluating nursing systems, rotations, and methods to ensuring that individual patients are receiving optimal care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46.10 - $48.35 per hour
