Area 53 nyc is a family entertainment center with an indoor adventure park and paintball field. We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic people to join our team. The right employee should have great customer service and good attention to detail. Customer safety and customer service are at the forefront of our facility.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Showing up to work in a good mood is key!
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of party area before, during, and after events.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and payments with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Train and supervise party host staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Being a team player.
- Being on time.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event hosting, entertainment, or customer service roles preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Able to work weekends is a must.
