Kirk Automations is seeking an experienced Director of Operations. We have sales figured out, we have a service that makes us money, we need someone to manage the business operations and execute long term goals. This position is above the Engineering Manager, Sales Manager, HR, and only subordinate to the owner.
2-10 hours a week
Take the company vision: Make money with custom software services
Come up with a plan, submit budget, and execute.
They need to be an advisor/second brain to the owner. “redundancy/error checking”
They need to be able to take over business functions as the owner is a revenue generator.
Access to their phone at most times.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop high-level strategies that drive the organization towards its long-term objectives.
- Ensure that all departments (Engineering, Sales, Human Resources, etc.) are fully aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Management Oversight
- Supervise and support managers from Engineering, Sales, and Human Resources to ensure they are effectively leading their teams.
- Review and approve departmental budgets and plans, ensuring they comply with the company’s strategic objectives and financial guidelines.
Performance Management
- Monitor the performance of each department through regular reviews and assessments.
- Implement performance metrics and set objectives for departments to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
