Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, in our residential home office in Brentwood. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with precision and confidentiality.
Duties:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- assist other staff to Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming communications and prioritize accordingly
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information
- Plan and coordinate events, both internal and external
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with DocuSign for document management
- Prior experience in event planning is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of project coordination and office management
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
