Duties:
- Purchase prodiucts to spec at the lowest price available.
- Manage restaurant kitchen/BOH, including ordering, inventories and BOH staff supervision
- Ensure food safety handling practices maintained
- Train and develop BOH staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
