Responsible for assisting the Front End Manager (FEM) in coordination of the regular functions of the Front End (FE) department at assigned store location. This position is a key member of a department where cooperation is required to maintain staff morale, efficiency and excellent service to customers. The Front End Assistant Manager (FEAM) assists the FEM in supervision and performance management of assigned FE Staff. Provides constructive feedback to FEM and Store Manager (SM) to help facilitate excellent communication between the FE department, customers and other departments. Ensures adequate overall FE department scheduling and staffing in order to provide optimal service to our customers.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Recent retail experience preferred

Previous cashiering skills required

1-2 years supervisory experience preferred

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access

Excellent organizational skills required

Previous Natural foods experience preferred

Provide excellent customer service and interact with a wide variety of customers

Ability to model excellent customer service for FE staff

Must be of legal age to sell alcohol (18 years)

Ability to lift 50lbs.

Experience using the front and back end of a Point of Sale (POS) preferred
Hours: 40 Hours Full time Exempt
Compensation: $19.54/hour to $27.50
