Project Recovery is seeking an Addiction Counselor to enhance the accessibility of addiction treatment and support the development of comprehensive treatment plans. This role involves providing counseling services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives in addiction recovery.

We support at-risk individuals through addiction treatment services, individual and group counseling, and advocacy. Role Responsibilities
- Provide addiction counseling services; including treatment needs assessments and individual and group addiction counseling.
- Complete comprehensive treatment needs assessments and make appropriate recommendations
- Ideal candidate with have superior organization and time management skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Empathy and compassion for our patients
- Report on community sentiment and provide feedback to relevant teams
- Provide general administrative support to staff as requested
Experience
- Experience with addition counseling in a clinical setting
- Must hold a valid certification or license in good standing in the state(s) applying to
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as, listening skills
- At least two years of experience
