The Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant III is responsible for a full spectrum of executive administrative and project support working primarily with the Executive Chief of Staff in addition to supporting the administrative needs of administrative leaders within the President's Office and University Relations Division.
Responsibilities:
Proactively administers Executive Chief of Staff's calendar, commitments, travel, and expenditures. Additionally responsible for supporting administrative functions for administrative leaders within the Office of the President, Board Relations, and Executive Communications. Represents these individuals as a primary contact when applicable. Regularly schedules meetings, coordinates calendars, and provides high-level assistance.
Plans and manages administrative assignments related to on-going projects. Designs, develops and coordinates deliverables related to projects.
May conduct research, evaluation, and analysis, as needed.
Organizes and maintains sensitive and confidential information.
Liaises with others, as appropriate, to accomplish objectives.
Will serve as back-up support to the Manager of Administrative Operations and Executive Assistant to the President.
May provide off-site support for Board of Trustees Meetings and/or Community Events.
Respond to emails and inquiries at the discretion of the Executive Chief of Staff.
Prepares communications, reports, meeting agendas and minutes.
Captures key information and action steps from meetings.
Completes or supports relevant follow-up or tracking of action steps.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Extensive experience supporting executives with commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

The salary range for a well-qualified candidate is expected to be between $68,637 and $74,940.
