Our sales team is our secret weapon, and we need a savvy recruiter to keep our Sales Bullpen overflowing with superstar talent. We are a Software as a Service (SaaS) CRM, specializing in selling high-ticket coaching and certification program packages.
What You’ll Be Doing: As our Contract Sales Recruiter, you’ll be the mastermind behind our talent acquisition strategy. Your initial engagement will be to fill our bullpen with 5-7 high-ticket sales closers, and we want to keep you on contract to ensure our pipeline stays full with candidates ready to fill future sales positions. You'll be sourcing and recruiting sales talent in the Denver area and beyond for these high-ticket sales roles.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- Hunt down and recruit top-tier sales talent, especially those high-ticket closers who can seal the deal.
- Build and nurture a strong network of sales professionals (yes, LinkedIn stalking is totally encouraged).
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates are the real deal.
- Team up with our sales managers to understand what makes our team tick and align your efforts accordingly.
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates so we’re never left scrambling.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in sales recruiting.
- Proven ability to develop and execute passive and active sourcing strategies for multiple, concurrent searches, including the use of LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and creative alternative resources.
- Experience identifying user groups and professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates.
- Ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Ability to proactively manage talent pipelines and candidate experience.
- A proven track record of finding top talent.
- Familiarity with the local sales talent market.
- A Rolodex (or LinkedIn connections) bursting with sales talent.
- A deep understanding of what makes a salesperson great.
- Top-notch communication and people skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach.
