We support the leading aerospace, defense, and cleantech companies with advanced simulation software and engineering services to help develop their products. Our Sales and Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated and organized digital marketing associate in the Burlington, MA area. You will gain valuable hands-on experience as you work closely with the marketing team on content development, data research and organization, campaign and CRM database management, SEO, and SEM strategies. This position is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the department’s ability to reach short-term and long-term company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and update marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, case studies, etc.
- Review and edit published materials, presentations, scientific papers, and website content
- Learn Pardot automation and assist with lead-generation campaigns
- Support the development and execution of sales/marketing initiatives and campaigns (including SEM/Google Adwords, social media, and third-party advertising).
- Maintain, refresh, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the company CRM database (Salesforce).
- Support the marketing manager in organizing and reviewing various projects.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field.
- 1 year of marketing experience is required (internships are ok).
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure to successfully complete complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
- Knowledge of CRM, mailing, and database tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Seamless is a plus
- Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
