Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and documentation.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
NC Property and Casualty License is Required for this position, but not required to apply. Assistance with obtaining P&C License is avalable if needed.
Prior Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent Phone and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record and document customer information and inquiries.
