Summary: This position is responsible for providing occupancy services for Housing America Corp (HAC) residents.
Core Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following as MFD and ED may add, remove and revise responsibilities as necessary.
- Review applications for residency, Determine eligibility of applicants, Provide assistance to Multi-Family Director (MFD)
- Learn and apply HUD, USDA and HAC tenancy programs and regulations
- Explain and calculate rents and utility allowances for current and prospective tenants, Explain leases
- Track maintenance orders, rents, deposits and late fees, Prepare reports and maintain logs
- Perform unit inspections, prepare reports and correspondence, Investigate lease violations, Coordinate evictions with established procedures
- Perform office duties, Assist MF Department as needed

Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred, or one year related experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to draft reports and correspondence. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Math Skills: Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication/division in addition to compute percentages and interpret numerical graphs
Licenses/Travel: Driver’s License, ability to travel as necessary, less than 5% of the time
