Re:Cognition Health is accredited by the highest standard Global Clinical Trials accreditation in the UK and is currently seeking to ensure this same standard of accreditation underpins its USA operation. Essential to this endeavour is the requirement for all RCH staff to operate at the highest standards, adhering at all times to Re:Cognition Health’s own Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and protocols, designated by the trial Sponsors and Clinical Research Organisations (CRO), with whom RCH contracts.
Role :
To perform a range of routine duties, including managing the Pharmacy department, and liaising with sponsors on a daily basis.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the Clinical Trials Pharmacy (and Laboratory if required) management/facilities
2. Ensure the pharmacy is well maintained and the equipment/storage conditions are appropriate
3. Manage the IMP and non-IMP accountability, with oversight of other team members involved with the procedures
4. Manage and oversee the IMP re-supply for the site(s)
5. Conduct query resolution for pharmacy-related queries: work with the study coordinators and monitors in closing the queries
6. Responsibility of maintaining the calibration of all the pharmacy equipment
7. Accountable and responsible for drug dispensing at the site
