MECKLEY SERVICES, INC. IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, DETAIL-ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A DISPATCHER.The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of standard office equipment and be computer proficient.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones.
- Assign technicians to service jobs and be able to communicate efficiently to them.
- Answer emails.
- Process vendor invoices.
- Assist with general accounting entries.
- Maintain employee- and operations- related spreadsheets and logs.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail oriented.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Consistent attention to detail.
- Having the ability to manage diverse tasks and adapt to shifting priorities will allow you to excel in this position!
