Join our Stuga team as a Territory Account Manager in Denver. In this position, you'll be a key player in establishing growth within our B2B business throughout Colorado. You’ll build relationships with local designers, architects, builders, and developers while growing revenue in this rapidly expanding market. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for prospecting new accounts and relationships, managing a quota, supporting our brand's commitment to customer experience, and being the go-to resource and representative for Stuga in the Colorado market. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our brand within the metro area while executing our strategy of B2B growth.
What you’ll do:
- Perform cold outreach via email and phone to local architects, designers, builders, and developers.
- Communicate Stuga’s brand values, philosophy, and product offerings.
- Schedule and conduct physical product presentations.
- Manage and build a sales pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Support and manage key projects with clients to ensure a positive brand and product experience.
- Work closely with our local Preferred Installers to support customers and ensure a smooth installation process.
- Generate content for our social media team in coordination with local customers.
- Host and support in-person events like webinars, brand activations, and social gatherings with our local partners, including the FORM Showroom.
Who you are:
- Backed by 10+ years of sales experience in a residential construction, interior design, or manufacturer’s representative environment.
