Job Overview:
Reporting to the President & COO, this individual will apply clarity, accuracy, and timeliness to their duties and assist the President with organizing their workload. This role requires discretion and integrity when handling confidential information and interacting with senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and national leaders in the home-based healthcare field. In this role, a successful candidate will be proactive in meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Confidential and Sensitive Matters
- Maintains awareness of the need for confidentiality at the highest level
- Exhibits sensitivity and good judgment with confidential materials
- Maintains professionalism at all times
- Coordinates privileged and confidential projects and information
Administrative
Directly assists the President and COO in managing the internal administrative infrastructure for HCCI, including the following:
- Facilitates, prepares, and assists with correspondence, reports, memos other Executive communications on behalf of the organization
- Handles administrative reporting/processes related to the strategic plan
- Supports the organization with high-level project management support
- Attends President’s speaking engagements as needed
- Arranges travel and prepares expense reports
- Coordinates, creates, edits, and/or assembles slides for presentations
- Timely and accurately completes assigned tasks
- Analyzes complex administrative issues; routinely improves workflow/processes
- Maintains electronic filing and permanent documentation on behalf of the organization
- Embraces new software as needed and exhibits proficiency
- Supports and responds to Board of Directors as needed
- Maintains Board of Directors contact information
- Coordinates special projects and performs other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Project Management experience is highly desired
- Five or more years of executive administrative experience
- Solid interpersonal communication skills, highly customer service-focused
- Organized, detail-oriented and conscientious
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully independently as well as within teams
- Strong computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Open-minded and eager to adjust to changing work environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
