KPG has partnered with a thriving manufacturer that is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join and be part of the team. The CSR will work directly with vendors and customers to process net orders and online orders, credit card payments, issue credits/debits, and resolve any discrepancies.
Hours: M-F- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $20-$25 per hour
Qualifications
- Experience processing a high volume of orders
- Follow cycle counts
- SAP and Excel knowledge
- Strong Data Entry Skills
- Processing sales orders/purchase orders from start to on-time delivery
- Process Inventory
- AP/AR familiarity
- MS Office and EDI experience required
- Processing customer and vendor invoices
- QuickBooks or similar accounting experience is a plus
