We are seeking a FOH manager with experience in high volume, full-service restaurants. You’ll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated high-volume fine dining restaurants in San Antonio for over 20 years - working directly with our owner and GM's to continue the trend of excellence and leading the field in the service and hospitality industry. This is a ground floor opportunity to showcase your talents and help build a brand!
Key Responsibilities Include:
- People: Hiring, training, coaching, and development
- Guest: Excellent food quality, guest service, and associate friendliness
- Financial: Sales growth, cost management, and profit growth
- Operations: Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and apply knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices
Starting pay based on experience
