What You Will Do:
- Independently creating well-organized, grammatically correct memos and/or reports for distribution to members of various departments
- Coordinates department event planning
- Supervises the floating maintenance technicians as well as creates schedules and analyzes completed work
- Using various software applications such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate, and/or format data and/or reports
- Assist in finding opportunities to increase ad revenue across the US commercial portfolio
- Perform regular property inspections to track the completion of inspection notes while ensuring new policies are being implemented
- Maintaining highest level of confidentiality
- Ensure department policies are utilized across the portfolio
- Exercising administrative judgment; assuming responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area
- Performing other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel in both the US & Canada
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
