At Vedeqsa we are looking for a junior level North America Sales Representative that can help us develop and increase the market in the US and Canada, both prospecting new customers and maintaining and improving customer loyalty.

Moreover, Vedeqsa uses the microencapsulation technology to optimize the functionality of preservatives and acidulants in several sectors, such as bakery, confectionery and meat.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communications with customers to ensure quality of deliveries is correct.
- Establish trustworthy and long-lasting relationships with all customers and distributors.
- Responsible for creating and managing the yearly sales forecast. Ensuring that the commercial actions lead to achieving the sales forecast.
- Monitor the sales cycle from the moment a PO is received until the product is delivered.
- Qualify prospects, market prospection, cold calling and regular visits to customers and potential customers.
- Create monthly progress reports for Vedeqsa HQ.
- Attend trade shows and represent Vedeqsa’s products.
- Analyze customer requirements, research and qualify opportunities for increased sales.
Requirements
- Food Technology / Chemistry Background
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Passionate about sales (In Person, Cold-Calling, Trade Shows, etc)
- Residence in the Midwest or near a city where the airport is a hub
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the food technology industry
- Availability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Strong communication skills
