Title: Office Manager Part-time. Could potentially turn into full time with marketing experience.
Reports to: President
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Act as the main point of contact for all external communications.
· Provide prompt resolution to all inquiries via phone or e-mail.
· Perform administrative activities directly related to accounting, order fulfillment, sales, and purchasing.
· Direct and coordinate activities for customer services, pricing, inventories, and distribution of products.
· Prepare weekly reports, payment processing, and/or collection activities.
· Ensure all customer and vendor files are current and accurate.
· Establish and maintain positive relations with all customers, vendors, and employees.
· Perform other administrative tasks, as needed.
Create Sales Orders, Packing List and Invoices in Quick Books Desktop
Terms of Employment:
Part time, 25 hours a week. 5 hours a day M-F. The position has potential to grow to a be full time position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
