Responsibilities/Requirements:
-In office presence, no remote work authorized
-Provides input and design ideas, perform necessary testing and supply feedback for new client implementations and modifications
- Facilitates communication between programmers, clients and internal staff
-Directs work flow of new projects based on internal or external requirements
-Functions as the head of Network staff & the Chief Technology and Security Officer
-Provides high level of support to the internal staff and clients by investigating, troubleshooting and assisting in the resolution of data and communication problems
-Provides high level of support to the internal staff by investigating and troubleshooting day to day issues
-Managing and assisting with the day to day work of the Electronic Data Processor, as needed
-Managing and assisting with the day to day work of the Network & Systems Administration, as needed
-Daily tasks may involve conversion, manipulation, processing and communication of time sensitive data files
-Responsible for the completion of required manual processes within software systems and associated applications
-Assist with the creation and maintenance of department and system documented procedures and processes
-Monitor nightly processes to verify successful completion. Investigate, troubleshoot, and assist in the resolution of any problems/issues
-Any other duties assigned by the CEO

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 yearly
Education requirements: Minimum college degree of 4 or more years duration in applicable field
Work experience: 3-5 years in applicable field
