Role Overview:
EZ Texting is looking for a customer-centric, celebratory, collaborative, credible, and committed Sales Development Representative! As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for delivering a repeatable, scalable, and profitable pipeline to revenue closing Sales Teams. You will be measured by SQOs and Pipeline Generation. Your agency and expertise will be a valuable contribution to evolving EZ Texting’s marketing and sales handoff, ensuring a collaborative and customer-centric process. As an SDR you will be tasked with documenting and refining processes to ensure that future SDRs ramp up and find success quickly. This role will report directly to our Sr. Manager, Sales with a dotted line to our Director of Marketing. During the interim this role will report directly to our VP of Customer Success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Generate SQOs from Marketing delivered Leads through scheduled meetings for AEs.
Generate 3x pipeline from SQOs to support Sales quotas.
Identify customer needs and make suggestions.
Provide detailed and accurate pacing and attainment results.
Optimize SDR process through meaningful KPIs to ensure ROI.
Drive strategic initiatives across SDR Team to increase profit contribution.
Understand the nuances between customers and product offerings.
Document and improve processes (existing and new).
Coordinate with key business partners such as Marketing and Sales Teams.
Foster a customer-centric, celebratory, collaborative, credible, and committed team environment.
Required Skills:
Experience in Sales Development with a metrics driven approach. Following combinations of experience are acceptable in preferred order:
Track record of achieving quotas.
Ability to create rapport and build relationships with customers.
Trained in sales methodology (Sandler, Challenger, Spin, etc…)
Experience with following tools:
CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach, Salesloft, etc…)
Sales Enablement Platform (Chorus, Gong, etc…)
Video Conferencing Platform (GoogleMeet, Zoom, etc…)
Cloud Base Calling Platform (TalkDesk, RingCentral, etc…)
Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
Continuous learner in your field; podcasts, books, groups, articles, conferences, etc…
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
What We Offer
Compensation: The starting cash compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $140,000, inclusive of Base Salary + Variable Target, vs base salary only. This position is also eligible for equity & benefits. More information will be shared regarding your specific location during the hiring process.
Our compensation market ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum cash compensation target for new hire compensation for this position based in the US. Exact individual pay is determined by actual location, skills, capabilities and experience in addition to our benchmarking factors.
