Innova NanoJet Technologies, Ltd. is a Glasgow-UK-based rapidly growing technology and product enterprise. The company develops groundbreaking technologies and market-disruptive products for indoor air clean and disinfection in homes and public gathering places, and other innovative technologies and applications in various industries. We are seeking a candidate to head our marketing and sales department in our Pasadena-CA-based US Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel sales and marketing strategies that promote our company's innovative products and services for home, commercial and industrial applications. You will play a key role in driving our marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and sales activities. You must have a strong marketing and sales background with excellent communication skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement multi-channel sales and marketing plans and strategies that drive growth and increase revenue for our Indoor Air Clean and Disinfection products for homes and public gathering sites (schools, hospitals, hotels, train stations, airport, shopping malls, etc.).
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales pitches.
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
- Create and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives specific to the Indoor Air Clean and Disinfection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to align marketing and sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI), and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, business partners, and industry influencers, to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in marketing with a proven track record of success. It will be a plus with prior experience in the Indoor Air Clean and Disinfection products.
- Ability to multi-tasking
- Marketing & sales experience with air purifier industry/home appliance a plus
- Highly experienced in network with retail chains
- Highly experienced in e-retail platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) and innovative uses AI tools (ChatGPT, …)
- Strong verbal, written, organizational and leadership skills.
- Experiences marketing with large retail chain

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
