The No Fault Group is seeking a Call Center Agent to screen, qualify and close deals
with potential new client leads, that have recently been involved in a motor vehicle
accident. Not limited to the retention of treating patients, problem solving
scenarios, and assisting upper management. The ideal candidate will be personable,
responsible, computer-literate, possess good verbal and sales skills. This
person is the first contact with our clients and must project skill and success. You
must have a natural ability to make a connection with people over the phone.
We will also consider those who are working or have worked in client services, call center roles and/or have a degree or current area of study is in the legal/law field.
Individuals with personal injury backgrounds and Intake Specialist with any work experience in the law or legal field are preferred.
Job Requirements:

- Treats the last call on Friday with the same care and compassion as Monday morning.
- Ability to build rapport with potential new clients.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrates the ability to use standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, copiers, fax machines and others.
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Displays the ability to communicate with others effectively, listen closely and convey points clearly.
- Shows proficiency with computer programs which may include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and others.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Shows the ability to calm frustrated clients quickly and make decisions based upon anticipated outcomes.
- Possesses the ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 year in Healthcare or Legal Call Center a plus.
