Firm seeking candidate for a Commercial Real Estate Assistant position in a commercial real-estate brokerage company.
The assistant shall report directly to the Chief of Staff (COO) on all work products and collaborate with all real estate agents and brokers on their respective transactions and listings.
Candidate must have exceptional organizational skills, pay attention to details, be an excellent communicator, and be a dedicated team player. The ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in an independent work environment is critical.
Real Estate Assistant position shall include all of the following duties, but is not limited to:
- Assist agents/brokers through the transactional life of any deal from listing a property, to executing a purchase agreement through closing of the transaction.
- Assist agents and brokers in the preparation of listing materials, marketing materials, offering memorandums, etc. - grammar and editing skills are a must.
- Input all listing information into database and marketing websites andupdate as needed.
- Oversee all aspects of the administration of the agent’s business.
- Manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up and all office administration.
- Manage client database management program and systems.
- Candidate must demonstrate great ability to organize, execute, and coordinate a team of individuals.
Position is NOT a remote position.

Qualifications:
- Candidates with bachelor degree preferred, but not required. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, personal factors such as your history in the industry and relevant work experience will be evaluated. Any background in real estate or transactional work is a premium and will be strongly considered.
- Experience with commercial real estate a plus.
- Experience working in an escrow office is a plus.
- Experience working in a lending office is a plus.

In addition to salary, medical benefits, 401K, and PTO, we offer bonus compensation.
