Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
- Assist with behavior assessments and functional analyses
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment implementation

Note: We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). For those with no prior experience as a Behavior Technician or in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), please apply, but the onboarding process will be different.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
