Here are the Core Responsibilities:*
- Place outbound marketing calls promoting Verizon products and services.
- Encourage customers to visit one of Victra’s local retail stores and/or set store check-ins.
- Enthusiastically articulate Verizon promotional and loyalty offerings via Voicemail or live interactions
- Adhere to quality standards and proper phone etiquette.
- Occasionally handle inbound calls from customers or internal teams.
- Continuous skill development through training and personalized product knowledge
- Swivel between different programs depending on customer demand.
- Leverage available tools and resources to maximize performance and customer experience.
- Live by our core values and ethical standards
- Adhere to Victra’s policies and procedures.

What we are looking for...

You will need to have:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Undergraduate or some college preferred)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Experience working with customers via phone calls.
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Time management skills
- Positive disposition
Generally, the team works Monday through Friday 9am to 8pm local time and 10am to 7pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays and most major Holidays.
Earning potential (base pay plus bonus): $18-$22 per hour
