What you'll do

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the senior leadership team with various tasks, such as data and financial analysis, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence.

You will also help with organizing events, meetings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

You will be the point of contact for any inquiries or requests from the leadership team, as well as other departments and partners.

You will handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

You will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the company and ensure that everyone has the resources and support they need.
Requirements:
What you'll need

A bachelor's degree.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and other common software and tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
