```Duties```
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and billing and coding for insurance purposes.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and treatments.
- Administer medications, including injections, as directed by healthcare providers.
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist with minor surgeries.
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing.
- Provide patient education on medications, procedures, and general health topics.
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
```Qualifications```
- Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program.
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Proficiency in medication administration techniques, including inhalation.
- Ability to provide excellent patient care with compassion and empathy.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive patient experiences.
- Familiarity with X-ray procedures and equipment is a plus.
- 10 years of Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Ability to speak Spanish, Russian or Chinese is preferred
