*Responsibilities:* Your daily duties will include:
* Greeting, closing and acquiring clients with enthusiasm while providing top-notch customer service over the phone and in person.
* Managing client check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a smile.
* Assisting with sales initiatives to enhance the client experience and drive revenue.
* Keeping the office space neat and organized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
* Contributing to our online presence by assisting with social media posts and promotions.

* Familiarity with Google Suite or similar systems for streamlined record-keeping.
* Previous experience in a related field is a plus but not required; your passion for customer support and drive to excel are what matter most.
