Mito Red Light, Inc is looking for a detail oriented, part time customer service associate (with growth potential to become Customer Service Manager) to join our nimble team in our warehouse / office in Scottsdale.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to learn about scaling an ecommerce business.
Customer service - answer phones, answer customer questions over email, phone and chat
Adheres to all safety rules and regulations
Flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
· Ability to lift 50 pounds on an occasional basis
· Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the warehouse. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
· Adherence to Company’s policy and procedures
· Regular attendance
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Basic math and reading skills, basic computer skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work as part of a small team and interact effectively with others
· High school diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED
· Comfortable with the use of technology consistently while performing the required tasks
· Experience with customer service and or managing a team
· College credits
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.66 - $19.68 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
