We seek a Billing Office Support Admin to join our team in our Germantown Ave - Philadelphia, PA location.
This role is first shift, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Earn up to $19.67/hr.!
Position Details
- Ensure the efficient process of all services rendered for submission to the Central Business Office (CBO).
- Maintain collaborative relationships with external payors.
- Maintain and prepare various reports for Director review.
- Communicate changes in insurance to applicable team members.
- Request and monitor applicable billing authorizations.
- Prepare applicable electronic vouchers for medical and clinical services.
- Monitor billing rejections and ensure follow-up on applicable billing corrections to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate non par agreements, as necessary.
- Oversee medical records requests.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years working in an administrative capacity is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to develop and use various forms.
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid funding, billing, and data entry.
