POSITION SUMMARY:
The Line/Prep Cook will be responsible for assisting in the food preparation process. Additionally, the Line/Prep Cook will maintain standards of service, ensure quality and consistency of product, and maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in overall daily kitchen operations
- Assist in preparing and cooking food in a timely manner
- Wash dishes, keep kitchen clean, sanitary, and organized
- Follow all health and safety regulations within the kitchen
- Open/Close kitchen as per schedule dictates
- Assist the Head Chef with any other tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must demonstrate ability to follow policies and procedures established in the Company’s Employee Handbook and contribute to a positive work environment by behaving and communicating harmoniously with co-workers and management. Must submit and pass a UA drug screen.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
● Previous kitchen or comparable experience in the culinary industry
● Sufficient education and literacy are needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
● Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English
