**Overview**
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including typing, proofreading, and data entry.
- Assist with event planning, including coordinating logistics and communicating with vendors.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar of upcoming events and deadlines.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Experience with phone systems and calendar management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
