We are a Phoenix counseling practice focused on helping our clients in their journey to becoming their healthiest selves. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team who is passionate about mental health, values providing exceptional patient care, and is capable of providing a best-in-class front desk experience.
Responsibilities:
- Management of overall client experience (From initial appointment request throughout the front office process).
- Client Scheduling & Receptionist Services
- Payment collection & billing services
- Patient Record Keeping
- Assist therapists in coordinating care with PCP and other healthcare professionals.
The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications:
- Extremely positive & outgoing attitude.
- Highly organized and efficient
- Experience communicating complex content to diverse populations.
- 1 year of equivalent work experience as a healthcare receptionist, customer service, or office management or holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Comfortable answering the phone and promoting the benefits of counseling & assessment.
- Interest in the field of Psychology.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
This position is Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Position offers competitive compensation, Paid Time Off & health insurance.
