- Crew Supervision: Manage and direct a team of roofing professionals, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management.
Repairs and Maintenance: Perform and oversee roofing repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Material Management: Coordinate the procurement and use of roofing materials, ensuring adequate inventory levels and cost-effective utilization.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all roofing work meets or exceeds quality standards, conducting inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, promoting a culture of safety among crew members and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Customer Relations: Interact with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the roofing project.
- Budget Management: budget planning and management for roofing projects, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, including work orders, material usage, and client communications.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the roofing crew, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Adherence to Regulations: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to roofing construction and safety, ensuring compliance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Commercial roofing knowledge is required.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently.
