As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for interviewing potential candidates (DSPs) via zoom for open positions. This position requires excellent communication skills, computer skills, writing skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Human Resources Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Track and report on recruiting activities and outcomes
- Set up interviews and meet with candidates to determine who would bring added value to the company
- Send out offer letters and perform any onboarding tasks required
Human Resources Recruiter Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- 1 year of prior experience in a recruitment environment is highly preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work well in a team as well as a independently
- Spanish Preferred
