- Inspect the tops by checking for delam, cracking, bumps, blisters, mislay, and loose buildown

Collaborates with Production Line in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste

Organize the skid area, sweep up all buttons, throw away miter pieces on the floor, and blow Designated areas

Perform 5S Checklist

Lift, carry, and move countertops

Inform alert line coordinator of hot tops/reruns and bad tops

Report all problems to the supervisor

Physical Requirements
Tolerance for standing long periods of time. Possess finger dexterity to write, type, and use a calculator. Maintain adequate vision to view small print on countertops and computer terminal. Ability to speak and hear, walk throughout facilities with occasional light lifting (25 pounds), stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching with hands and arms required. Ability to travel between multiple facilities as required to perform core job duties.
