- Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
- High-Earning Potential: With commissions, your total compensation can soar to an impressive $180,000 - $200,000 annually!

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present proposals and reports to clients and senior management.
- Travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in business development or sales.
